Dress Material/Fabrics

Noreen Textiles offers an impressive variety of fashion and functional fabrics for shirting & dress material such as voile, cambric, linen and poplins. We also have a wide range of structured fabrics such as cotton, viscose and blends. Our special expertise in design and print field bring you the most enchanting floral prints, attractive geometric prints, striking checks & stripes, oriental paisley prints, ethnic animal prints and fantastic tie & dye prints along with many other designs fashioned in our own creative department

Spinning:

To meet the demand of quality yarn and fabric the local and international market s Noreen Textiles started the spinning unit in 1988 .Like other project of Noreen Textiles Noreen 's Spinning unit has always been a mark of success in the country. Working strength of 35,984 spindles is supported by OTHORI TRUTCHZILER BLOW ROOM of the very latest model. It has cards and chamber draw frame fly frame from HOWA,JAPAN. Noreen's Spinning production includes the following counts: In Ring Spun yarn from Ne 10/1 to Ne 100/1 carded and combed and in O.E yarn from Ne 6/1 to Ne 16/1 carded of high quality yarn.

At the moment all types of yarn e.g. combed, carded, Knitting slub & open end Yarn are being spun to cater domestic and export requirement

Weaving:

Noreen Textiles has a big portfolio of looms comprising of auto, shuttle less air jet under the umbrella of Noreens's Fabrics . These looms are equipped with various kinds of secondary and auxiliary equipments to produce dobbies, jacquards and sear sucker. We have the facility of weaving all kinds of fabrics; we weave multiple weaves from 1/1 plain to jacquard damask fabric in width ranging from a minimum of 36 to 153 inches with a maximum thread count of 1000 threads per square inch.

Printing

Our Printing Department, equipped with the latest ZIMMER Printing Machines capable of printing 16 colors on fabric up to a width of 3200mm,. This machinery coupled with our Inkjet and conventional Engraving, ensures that we can achieve the finest and most sophisticated designs on a wide range of fabrics.. A new Regiani automatic panel printing machine which can print 3.2 mtrs repeat as well as width. Its maximum color possibility is 12 subject to relevant repeat size. Photo real printing is another feature of the machine.

Design Studio:

Noreen Textiles Design Department is a quintessence of pure brilliance. It is equipped with highly advanced apparatus for synthesizing digital artworks and designing. The department is run by a team of highly professional, artistic and innovative textile designers. This department is equipped with latest CAD/CAM designing hardware and software. The department's aim is to develop textile designs from concept to finish and provide our customers with design options that are exceptionally beautiful. We put our best efforts and resources together to create unique combinations of colors, thus providing you with a classic collection of designs that match your mood, taste of colors and life style.

Stitching

To accommodate the demand of our state of the art made-ups, we have established the Noreen's Stitching division. This division is equipped with advanced and up-to-date technology which enables us to efficiently mass produce in order to keep up with the growing desires of our customers.

This plant is designed to maintain Noreen's international product standards and consists of advanced equipment such as the latest automatic and manual sewing machines. Also present are Mechanical, Electrical and Pneumatic machines including cloth spreading, cutting machines and multifunction sewing machines used as tools to tune in the counts.

The plant is centrally air-conditioned and its dust proof environment facilitates our staff in maintaining our quality standards. Presence of a sampling workshop and design studio enables us to have a broad spectrum analysis of the season's trends.

The plant produces 3 million made-up sets per year with the future possibility of expansion in reciprocation to the demand.

The stitching plant includes

475 machines with a capacity of 400,000 sets/month
Fusing machine especially for placement and tie back's production
2 multi head embroidery machines from TAJIMA up to 9 colors
7 Single needle Quilting machines
2 multi needle quilting machines
Centrally Air-conditioned & dust proof environment for better and cleaner environment.

Our quality management makes sure that all weaved grey fabrics is subjected to a 100% inspection in accordance with our in house established Lab quality inspection standards; a part of our Quality Management System (ISO 9001). Thorough quality checks are conducted at every phase of production in order to meet the increasing demands of high standard materials by national and international consumers.

Control Shrinkage (Dimensional change), Piling resistance, Abrasion, Color fastness, washing fastness and light fastness are a few of the carefully monitored checks conducted at Noreen's Textiles to fully insure the highest quality standards.
